In addition to three bedrooms one queen size bed, two double beds , there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms and central heating with individual thermostats in the bedrooms. Wireless high-speed internet and cable TV. Good cellphone reception. Wide board floors, stone foundations, hand sawn beams, original plank doors, and lots of historic charm. Side yard with gravel terrace is the perfect spot for a barbecue.

Fresh herbs in the garden may include basil, oregano, lavender and sage, in season. House is very conveniently located, right on Route in the hamlet of West Hurley. Hiking Trails: Everywhere within a 10 minute drive. A spacious suite on the lower level has a bedroom with queen bed, sofa, writing desk and clothing storage, as well as a side table with supplies for coffee or tea and for warming food.

Down the hall is a private full bath and comfortable sitting room with a fireplace. The area is pleasant and quiet, and is a three minute drive to Woodstock center. This suite can also accommodate a couple. This is a tranquil space with easy access to Woodstock center, Saugerties and Kingston.

The suite provides a good degree of privacy and room to spread out. This is a residential area with most homes on about one acre. Neighbors are friendly but not intrusive.
